DIRECTIONS to Independence High School

Please note: Independence is a huge campus. Please follow these driving instructions. If you use Mapquest or any other navigation, you will end up on the opposite side of the school!

FROM THE PENNINSULA:

• TAKE HWIGHWAY 101 SOUTH TO THE McKEE RD. EXIT.

• GO EAST ON McKEE RD. TURN LEFT ON JACKSON AVE.

• TURN LEFT INTO PARKING LOT. Buses should go into the Student drop off zone immediately adjacent to the driveway. After the students unload, follow the road back to Jackson Ave. Turn right onto Jackson and then right again into the Parking Lot.

FROM THE NORTH and EAST BAY:

• TAKE INTERSTATE 680 SOUTH TO THE McKEE RD. EXIT.

• GO WEST ON McKEE RD. TURN RIGHT AT THE FIRST STOP LIGHT (Jackson Ave.)

• TURN LEFT INTO PARKING LOT. Buses should go into the Student drop off zone immediately adjacent to the driveway. After the students unload, follow the road back to Jackson Ave. Turn right onto Jackson and then right again into the Parking Lot.

FROM THE SOUTH:

• TAKE HIGHWAY 101 NORTH TO THE McKEE RD. EXIT.

• GO EAST ON McKEE RD. TURN LEFT ON JACKSON AVE.

• TURN LEFT INTO PARKING LOT. Buses should go into the Student drop off zone immediately adjacent to the driveway. After the students unload, follow the road back to Jackson Ave. Turn right onto Jackson and then right again into the Parking Lot.

FROM  WEST SAN JOSE AREA:

• TAKE INTERSTATE 280 TOWARDS DOWNTOWN SANJOSE/SACRAMENTO.

• TAKE THE McKEE RD. EXIT. GO WEST ON McKEE RD. TURN RIGHT AT THE FIRST STOP LIGHT (Jackson Ave.)

• TURN LEFT INTO PARKING LOT. Buses should go into the Student drop off zone immediately adjacent to the driveway. After the students unload, follow the road back to Jackson Ave. Turn right onto Jackson and then right again into the Parking Lot.
